Hello everyone! Hope things are going as well for you as they are for us! Bionic has reached some major milestones over the last couple of months. If you have been with Bionic for a while you know we had some pretty major hurdles to overcome and I am happy to mention that we have overcome a TON of those. Our solution is now so much more stable. Speaking of stable our financials ...Ill just say...have never been better. :). Our team is the strongest it has ever been as well. We have a lot less people but much higher WordPress ability. Our tickets response time is the lowest it has been ever as well. More exciting than all of that is our big feature release is about 1-2 weeks away from going live. I can't give it away all the details yet but its a game changer....you will all agree on that for sure.
One major feature release that was released this month was the restore backup feature. You can now restore directly from the platform. Took us way to long to get this feature added but glad we have it now! I hope to be writing another major update in 1-3 weeks. πŸ˜€

Hello Bionicals, you guys might be wondering where is the monthly recap. So we are here with another one. ( for those who are thinking about what is β€œBionicals”, it is a term we came up with for all BionicWP fans out there ) and to be honest, we have had a ton of feedback the last couple of months so we know the fan base is growing and we are so excited about that (we will post those comments as well.
Below are just a few things that we launched:
In the past two months, the team worked hard to improve the platform, the process of adding billing/payment methods has been updated so that any expired/lost cards can be updated or removed easily.
In the site dashboard, you guys now have an option to update the PHP version your site is running on, since there’s a new update to PHP every few months this was a much-needed feature since it would help everyone test their sites on the latest PHP version and transition over to the latest technologies before they are deprecated. The site list in the dashboard now displays the PHP version of each site as well.
We have also introduced a new security feature to keep your sites and your account safer than ever from any unauthorized change. The Dev Team here at BionicWP have introduced an OTP code for each of your site so next time if you want someone from your office staff, colleague, or a friend to contact us on your behalf and change something on the site or your account, you can just give them your OTP code and we’ll entertain their request. You can reset the OTP whenever you want for any site to generate a new code; invalidating the previous OTP.
That being said, we are planning to release a new feature next month, the release would be a game changer for most of the agencies out there and you guys might have never seen anything like it in the managed WordPress hosting world.
I believe you guys would be as excited when you hear about it as I am right now.

In the last few months the Bionic dev team has pushed hard to recode our system for faster performance. Below is a list of features that have been recoding along with a few new features that have been requested for our customers. If at any time you wish to see a new feature please chat into support and we will add it to the roadmap. We are building this tool for you.
The invoice list should be much faster to pull up
Download invoices as a pdf

Bionic's back, back again! For another monthly recap!
A LOT got done this month but you may not see a huge difference but you should feel the difference. Our site details page got significantly faster. The load time of this page with all the information and the core/theme/plugin updates now loads in 1 second. Instead of the 4-5 seconds it was taking before (trust me, it was driving me crazy as well). We got a few new features coming next month (like next Thursday πŸ˜€ that I think a lot of people are going to like. If you have any suggestions or comments on how to make the platform better just let us know!

Hello BionicWP Fans! Another month down, this one was quick considering there are 3 fewer days in the month. Doesn't seem like a lot but it is when you are developing a product.
The most exciting thing we created this month was a completely different layout for the site details page. Instead of having multiple tabs that you have to move back and forth between and trying to remember where one specific setting is we have combined everything onto 1 page. I personally have found this to be a significantly better user experience as I am able to move around the setting for each site a lot faster.
Let us know if there is something or some usability on the site details page that you would like to see displayed differently!

Well, that was quick, the month of January! Probably because we had our head down working on new features & layout for my.bionicwp.com. πŸ˜€
Taking some of our client feedback about our "tags" we simplified all sites to be either dev, staging or live. The feedback here has been great and no one seems to be missing the other status as well. So great improvement here.
Internally we continue to upgrade the talent on our WordPress team. We are adding more experienced WordPress engineers which has resulted in significantly quicker responses to tickets.
Also, we are now seeing our core/theme/plugin update service at the lowest numbers in history. Our team goes through each site and manually updates the core/theme/plugins and checks for issues. While it is pretty resource intensive we know is the right thing to do and provides the best service to our clients.
Our other area of focus has been addressing speed issues. We now have a new internal system that alerts us of sites that fall outside of our acceptable range and our team jumps on it and fixes those issues. So while not something our customers can "see" it is a feature that our customers love and I can easily say we are absolutely crushing this aspect of our service.
In February we will be launching a new layout for our sites and site lists. We are very excited about this. We believe this will help with the usability of our tool where previously it was more complicated than it needed to be. Look for that in the early part of February!
If you have any comments that would make our platform better just let us know!
