We hear you! We recently launched our reporting tool and our valued customers provided us with feedback on what we can improve and add to it.
The Development team is working on the feedback and it would soon be deployed.

The goal of this feature is to enable our platform's customers to easily manage their domain's DNS settings and use custom nameservers provided by us to point their websites to our services. The basic records would already be added automatically by the platform, so all the customers would need to do is to add the NS and their site should be pointing to us.

Bionic WP wants to create a reporting solution for our customers. These reports will be completely white label and you will be able to send them to your clients. These reports will include the monthly speed inside scores, activity logs, plug in theme updates, post in page stats, user listing, back up related stats, traffic to the website and disk space usage. We hope to have customizable templates and also have email alerts. This will be a major release

It's crucial for faster content delivery and improved user experience, particularly for geographically dispersed users. Edge Caching provides performance improvements, especially in terms of your siteβs Time to First Byte (TTFB), by serving page cache directly from the closest server available to a siteβs visitors. This cache is served from our four origin datacenters, and over 24 edge datacenters, giving sites a total of 28 Point of Presence (PoP) locations that are continuously expanding.
