While BionicWP's automatic rewrite and redirection rules account for most situations where domain changes take place, some scenarios require additional attention. For those, we are planning to release our Advanced Search and Replace feature, which makes it easy to search your site’s database for a specific term and replace it with another.

For example, if there is a need to update outdated links, Advanced Search and Replace ensures that all instances of the old value are updated across the entire site. It performs these updates directly in the database, ensuring that any changes are thoroughly and consistently applied. This tool is particularly useful for tasks like site migrations, domain changes, or bulk content updates.
