Dec 1st, 2021 - Release Notes

Whoa, what a year. I mean...soooooo many changes here at BionicWP only to be outdone by the incredible growth over the last year, especially the last 2-3 months to end the year. We had a massive change in leadership which lead to BionicWP having its first profitable months ever to end the year. We also "leveled up" our support team. Previously this year tickets would take an average of 4.5hrs to be addressed, now we are down to 2.5 and the sheer number of tickets in the last month have come down significantly due to the platform being much more stable.
We also have some very exciting news to share towards the end of the first quarter/start of the second quarter but we will wait until then to let you all know about it! ...oh the suspense!!!
Below are just a few of the fixes/new releases into the platform over the month of December:

• Staging -> Live - This process used to be pretty "clunkly" and sometimes didn't work. This has now been streamlined and works perfectly!
• Password Reset - Previously there were issues with our system (customer.io) sending password resets. Now, if you try to do a password reset and it doesn't work (we are replacing cusotmer.io in the next 15 days) you can reach out to the support team and they can help reset that for you.
• Plugin Cache Enhancements - There were issues with our plugin and how the caching was being cleared. This has now been addressed.
• Improved the signup process - Before we were sending everyone to "spam" as we had a lot of signups that were creating fraudulent charges. So during this time, we strengthen our signup process, documenting more information on the signup process so we can provide more information to our credit card company. And now we are alerted when someone is signed up and we can review that request and get people into our system much more quickly. To be honest, I was so worried this restriction would reduce our sign-ups....but it had the opposite effect (growth has been crazy!)
• Transactional Email Records - We are now providing the transactional email records right in the platform so after you add your domain you can quickly add these transactional records as well....also a number of other fixes and features were released but at a high level, this is what was done in Dec. We have some exciting things coming out in January (billing, new layout, speed score improvements)....and more. 😀
